Founded in 2004 by US Army Military Officers, Wolf Pack Leadership’s (WPL) core mission is to educate youth in the DC Metropolitan area about the life choices available to them and encourage them to take higher paths. We provide straightforward opportunities for mentors, seasoned and new, to not only engage in mentoring but connect with other mentors; providing a space for dialogue, idea sharing and the development of new strategies and programs to aid our youth.



Our other goal is to provide youth with engaging and positive after-school outlets, during the peak hours of violence from 3 to 7 pm. We do this through the use of Military style leadership inspired by our founders and sports learning activities gathered from the skills of our mentors.  WPL also provides tutoring in English, Science, and Math, as well as vital instruction in interviewing, networking and soft skills to prepare our participants for entrance into the workplace.
